This might be a dumb statement, but that doesn't look like the U.S.. Which is even more baffling because I just can't understand why anyone would put that much effort into getting a Harley imported.

I’m from the US but living in Belgium (been here almost a year now.) — there is a Harley dealership locally in the tiny-ass town I live in. Many of the riders here were from the UK. There are Harley dealers all over.
